Omgeving
Buitenbak en land liggen op 9 km. vanaf het dorp Noci en 17 km. van Alberobello. Het grootste deel van het land ligt niet direct aan de provinciale weg maar met enkele kleinere velden er tussen. De provinciale weg gaat van Noci naar de S.S. 100 die van Bari naar Taranto loopt. De afstand tot het vliegveld van Bari bedraagt 50 autominuten en er zijn dagelijkse verbindingen met diverse bestemmingen in Duitsland, Belgie, Londen-Stansted e.a. en zeer binnenkort ook rechtstreeks met Nederland. De Autostrada ligt op 15 minuten afstand. Het is zeer centraal gelegen in Puglia en ook met betrekkelijk korte afstand naar zowel de Adriatische- als de Ionische Zee. Het toerisme is in opkomst in Puglia en zowel voor wie hier gewoon een mooie villa wil bouwen en van zijn paarden genieten als voor wie hier een mooi project wil realiseren is dit de ideale omgeving.
