Our villa's are located in many parts of France and the main strength is in the south and western parts of France. Our partner in Bouches du Rhone has a nice selection. This is a region which is still relatively unspoilt. It's villages have the old charm of the Cote d'Azur such as Saint Tropez but without the Jet Set signature. Prices are also more balanced in this region. We do however offer a number of higher end properties between Monaco via Nice or Cannes and Saint Tropez.

Interest in constructible land has been very limited between 2007 and 2010 partly due to relatively high building cost and a weak building market since the financial crisis. This market for terrain should pick up dramatically as there are many properties in great locations with potential to build additional (large) homes for residential and holiday purpose.
